Many Brits prefer the sunny Spanish climate to the chilly UK and particularly in the colder months, flock there for some winter sun. Appropriately named, the Costa del Sol, or Sunshine Coast, boasts the highest number of sunshine hours in Spain.

Spain is possibly the most popular holiday destination for British tourists, many of them visiting over and over again. Many of these people decide that rather than paying out for hotel bills every time they stay, they may as well just invest in a property to stay in whilst they are there. Some of them even decide to up sticks and start a new life in the sun. As a result, there are many agencies geared towards the British market for properties in Spain.
